OUR STORY
The CaramelCorn Shop has been a Tupelo “staple” since 1972. Titus and Barbara Harris, owners of the shop from 1972-2017, paved the way for the success of our company. My family and I, Jason Harris, nephew of Titus and Barbara Harris, took ownership of the business in November of 2017. I worked for my aunt and uncle as a teenager and young adult, so I have experience in this business and have seen first-hand what makes it so successful. Our goal is to continue the tradition of excellence in products and service that was established many years ago. We are excited about the possibilities for the future and look forward to serving our community and abroad by providing quality products and service offered in a hometown atmosphere.
OUR APPROACH
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. We pride ourselves in quality products known for their freshness and perfection. “CaramelCorn”, our featured product, is still stirred to perfection in a copper kettle. Cheesecorn and buttered popcorn are also popped fresh daily and hand-mixed. We also offer a variety of other snacks on our menu including caramel apples, fudge, cotton candy, nachos, hot dogs, pralines, pickles, candy, etc. In addition, our popcorn tins make excellent gifts for anyone at anytime of the year, and refills are offered at a discounted price. Bulk orders are available for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. Mylar and/or latex balloons make any gift even more exciting and decorative.
We provide a variety of ways to shop and place orders including our store in the heart of Tupelo, Mississippi, our website, by phone, or monthly at the Tupelo Flea Market.
